The Promenade was held at the Columbus American Legion post in Columbus, NE.  We all enjoyed Boy Scout chili or chicken noodle soup.  The Scouts thanked us for our support.

 

At 7:39 PM, the Promenade was called to order by Chef Dowling.

 

Roll Call of Officers:  All present or accounted for.

 

Minutes for the past month:  Read for January 2010.  Notion made, seconded and passed to accept the minutes as read.

 

Finance report:  Made and accepted.

 

Reports of Officers and Committees:  None.

 

New Business:  #1 Discussed bus trip to Offutt and maybe a possible trip to a baseball game in Kansas City.

                         

                          #2 Discussed American Legion District 7 convention scheduled for Sunday March 14th at the Columbus, NE. American Legion Post.  

 

Old Business:  Nurses Scholarships have not had any interested parties apply yet.

 

Sickness and Distress:  None.

 

The next promenade will be at the T&K Bar & Grill Columbus, NE. March 16th 2010.  Attitude Adjustment Hour, (aka Social Hour) will be 6 PM, supper, 7 PM, and Promenade at 8 PM.  At least we try to start with these times. 

 

Fines:  Notion made, seconded and passed to cease fines for this evening and all just donate $1.00.

 

Having no other business we closed in due process 8:03 PM.
